SLR7010 Series

High Current Shielded Power Inductors

RoHS compliant halogen free AEC-Q flag
Coilcraft’s SLR7010 Series of high-current shielded power inductors feature sub-milliohm DC resistance and very high current handling.  Magnetic shielding and tight DCR tolerances make them ideal for low voltage multi-phase VRM/VRD/EVRD regulators and current sensing circuits.
  • Tight DCR tolerance for inductor-DCR-based current sensing circuits
  • Three versions for optimal efficiency and accuracy
  • Ferrite construction for flat L vs I with high current
  • Magnetic shielding allows high-density packaging
  • Ideal for multi-phase VRM/VRD/EVRD regulators

Notes
  1. Inductance tested at 100 kHz, 0.1 Vrms, 0 Adc.
  2. DCR is measured at 25°C on a micro-ohmmeter at the points indicated in the diagram. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.

  3. Isat: DC current that causes a 20% (typ) inductance drop from its value without current. Temperature derating curves.
  4. Irms: Current that causes the specified temperature rise from 25°C ambient. This information is for reference only and does not represent absolute maximum ratings. Temperature derating curves.
Irms testing was performed on 0.75 inch wide × 0.25 inch thick copper traces in still air. Temperature rise is highly dependent on many factors including pcb land pattern, trace size, and proximity to other components. Therefore temperature rise should be verified in application conditions.
