Overview

Intel Core i7 (Arrandale) 48A  CPU core reference design  for Industrial and Embedded PCs; this 2-phase 48A design enables tight CPU core voltage regulation in a small area with excellent thermal performance for Embedded and Industrial PCs using Intel Core i7 processors

Features
  • Differential voltage and current sense for tight voltage and current sense accuracy, and tight regulation irrespective of PCB placement
  • Discrete High-Side and Low-Side CSD13xxx NexFETs enable output current scalability to 48A TDC
  • Settings for evaluating all Intel IMVP6.5 CPU core voltage regulator  functions
  • On-board Load Transient Generator for easy evaluation
  • The design has been tested and verified
  • Max case temperature 57degrees Celsius (48A load)
